Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and VresponS, State of Indiana, USA, which operates Persono at persono.pro. By creating an account or using Persono, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old and give accurate information.
• New accounts may require email and phone verification and approval before use.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

Your content

You own the notes, recordings, files and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide Persono to you and to the people you choose to share it with.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Persono for anything illegal, harmful, abusive or that violates others' rights.
• Do not try to access other users' data, disrupt the service or reverse-engineer it.
• When you record meetings or calls, you are responsible for getting consent from participants where the law requires it.
• Send texts and emails through Persono only to people who expect them.

AI features

Persono uses AI to transcribe, summarize and suggest tasks, follow-ups and other actions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review suggestions before relying on them; Persono adds nothing to your lists without your confirmation where review is offered.

Connected services

If you connect Google, calendars, texting or email services, their own terms also apply. You can disconnect them at any time. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.

Plans and payments

Persono currently offers free access with usage limits. If paid plans are introduced, prices and terms will be shown before you buy, and you may cancel according to those terms.

Suspension and ending your account

You may stop using Persono and request account deletion at any time by emailing admin@onguardssc.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers

Persono is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, VresponS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continuing to use Persono after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Indiana.
