Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Persono ("Persono", "we", "us") is operated by VresponS, State of Indiana, USA. This policy explains what information Persono collects at persono.pro, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: admin@onguardssc.com.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and time zone.
- Content you create: notes, meetings, recordings and transcripts, tasks, projects, contacts, journal pages, money entries, receipts and other files you upload.
- Connected services: data you choose to bring in from Google (see below) or calendar links you add.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as sign-in times, device and browser type, and feature usage, used to keep the service working and secure.
How we use information
- To provide the features you use, such as organizing notes, transcribing recordings, suggesting tasks and sending the reminders you set up.
- To secure your account, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To contact you about your account or important service changes.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, Persono requests only the access needed for the features you turn on:
- Gmail (read-only): used to find possible tasks and emails waiting for a reply, which are shown to you as suggestions to accept or dismiss. Persono does not send, delete or change your email.
- Google Calendar: used to import and keep your own events in sync with Persono and, only when you ask, to add events you confirm.
- Basic profile (email and name): used to show which account is connected.
Persono's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Google data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.
- Google data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train general AI or machine-learning models.
- People do not read your Google data unless you give permission, it is needed for security or legal reasons, or it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- Google data is not transferred to others except as needed to provide the features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or sale with notice to you.
You can disconnect Google at any time in Persono Settings or from your Google Account permissions page. When you disconnect, Persono deletes its stored connection and stops accessing your Google data.
Sharing
Your content is private to you by default. It is shared only with people you choose to share it with, and with service providers that host, store, process or deliver the service for us (such as hosting, AI processing, email and text-message delivery), who may use it only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Security
We use encrypted connections, private file storage, owner-only access rules and encrypted storage for connection keys. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete individual items in the app at any time. To delete your account and its data, email admin@onguardssc.com; we will complete the request within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something.
Your choices
- Turn off notifications, texts or email reminders in Settings.
- Disconnect Google or other connected services at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your information or its correction by email.
Children
Persono is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and we will notify you of significant changes.
